View this email in your browser May!  Wow!  Winter is over and the cold grey has been replaced with vibrant colors & sunshine!  I love the longer days and waking up to sunshine! This time of year makes my heart sing!   As I compose "The Umbrella", I have music playing, my kittens are being mischievous, Opie is keeping a watchful eye on them, and my coffee is hot and delicious,  Life is Good!  May is turning out to be full of activity, challenges, projects, socials, and You.  TOMORROW is the DOODLE ROMP at Dogwood Play Park!  If you have a doodle come and join!  But - if you need a laugh, some great puppy love, or just a carefree 90 minutes - come join in - Humans are FREE to come and watch!  Its the best of times! Real Estate is buzzing away, we still need more homes to come on the market to make it a more balanced market, but if you are strategic, flexible, and patient you will find that house/condo you are looking for!  I am always here for you to bounce ideas, questions, and thoughts off of.   This Sunday, May 5th - I am hosting a Real Estate Readiness Workshop from 1:30-3:30 at Greenlake Strength & Conditioning Gym.  Kara Rozanski and I will lead a discussion on What "Ready" really means.
