View this email in your browser Happy Weekend!  Did you know that according to Keeping Current Matters - article is below:  "The Week of April 14-20th is the best ttime to sell - that is if sellers want to see lots of interest in their homes, sell quickly, and pocket some extra cash." according to Realtor.com. Why am I bringing this up?  Well - I just listed 2 homes for sale this week (see below) Two very different homes, neighborhoods, price points and markets. I just love both places for very different reasons.  They both fill a need for a lucky buyer and provide new opportunities & adventures for my clients!  Bring on the Buyers! I also have a big announcement - Kim Grongquist and I will be working together to create magic, laughter, inclusiveness, awareness, and opportunities in and around the Real Estate World of the PNW.  Kim is in her 3rd year of Real Estate and asked me if she could shadow me on some of my listings so she could learn, and become more familiar & comfortable with the process.  I said sure - Well - working with Kim has been the best, we compliment each other, and we are bookends too.  Kim has had pink hair longer than I have.  Can you believe two Real Estate Agents with pink hair work in the same Windermere Office and are now forming an alliance!  Watch out T-Mobile!  Pink is our color!  LOL  Kim brings technology to my life, and is working on getting me to this century on the computer.  She brings many years of being a Girls Scout Troop Leader, Crafting Genius, Washington State Crochet Guild Organizer and much  more.  She is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and an active participate in Woodinville & Redmond Pride Days.  I am excited to be  working with Kim, while learning to utilize Google Drive and my new Ipad Pro for business. This weekend April 19 - 21st -- Kim and I will be hosting Open Houses at my two new listings.  I also have scheduled Open Houses at Hawthorne 4015.  Caroline Quinn from Windermere Wedgewood Office will host Saturday from 10:30am - 1:30pm Kristina Bulajewski from Windermere Ballard Office will host Sunday from 12noon - 3pm.  Stop by and say HI!  tour this amazing home!
