  • At this point last March 679, 5% less

Pending Sales (for March)

  • So far in March 622

Number of Sales Closed (for March)

  • So far in March 535
  • For the same amount of time in February 449, 19% less

What does this mean?
Median closed sales price so far this month still trails where we were last month, It currently sits at $925K, last month was $930K. It is up from where we were at this time last year at $851K

Inventory levels, base on pending sales are slightly lower than at this time last month, and down .3 from last year at this time at .9 months

Days on market has dropped 27% from a month ago and now sits at 27 days.
