Median closed sales price for the month of March was $925K, down from $935K in February and 8.8% up from last March 2023 at $850K. For the first four days of April, we are at $962K. It is likely we will see a significant month on month increase At the end of March, inventory levels, based on pending sales were at 1.1 months, exactly the same as February and slightly down from a year ago at 1.2 We ended March with average days on market of 25 and selling at 101% of original list price.
